3. Confidentiality of Reports and Technical Data
All reports and technical information generated on WellSolveAble are strictly confidential.
- Reports are accessible only by the authenticated user who created them
- Technical data, well schematics, and engineering information remain private to your account
- We do not share, sell, or distribute your reports or technical data to third parties
- Platform administrators have access to system operations but do not access user report content
- Your well integrity data is stored securely and isolated from other users
AI-Generated Assessment Summary: When you use the optional AI summary feature, a subset of non-identifying report fields (including issue description, failure type, risk level, selected solutions, and short/medium/long-term planning) is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing. This data is processed under Google's Data Processing Addendum and is not used to train or improve Google's models. Well names, field names, and other identifying information are not included in this transmission. See Section 6 for more details.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain Platform services
- Process subscriptions and billing (via Polar.sh)
- Send transactional emails (via Resend)
- Generate usage analytics and improve Platform features
- Generate AI-assisted assessment summaries (via Google Gemini API)

6. Third-Party Services
WellSolveAble integrates with the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure. Your report data and account information are stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure.
- Polar.sh: Subscription billing and payment processing.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery (account verification, billing notifications).
- PostHog: Analytics and user behavior tracking (anonymized where possible).
- Google Gemini API: AI-generated assessment summary generation. When you use the optional AI summary feature, select non-identifying report fields are transmitted to Google's Gemini API. WellSolveAble uses a paid tier account, meaning your data is processed under Google's Data Processing Addendum and is not used for model training or product improvement. Each service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We carefully select partners who maintain high security and privacy standards.
7. Data Retention
- Active Accounts: Data retained for the duration of your subscription
- Inactive Accounts: Data may be retained for up to 90 days after subscription cancellation
- Report Data: Retained as long as your account is active
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely for Platform improvement
Users may request data deletion by contacting support.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal information and generated reports
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
