Each well added to your WellSolveAble portfolio counts toward your plan's well limit. Mitigation planning reports and monitoring updates do not consume additional wells.

Yes. You can create multiple mitigation planning reports for any well already in your portfolio without affecting your well limit.

No. Your well limit is the maximum number of wells your portfolio can contain. It does not reset each year. If your portfolio reaches its limit, you can upgrade to a plan with greater capacity.

WellSolveAble tracks each well's monitoring frequency and due date. Monthly email reminders highlight wells that are due or overdue for an update. You can disable reminder emails in Settings while continuing to see due wells in the dashboard.

Yes, with an Enterprise plan. Organisation members can work from a shared well portfolio, access associated reports, and contribute monitoring updates. Administrators can manage members, roles, and responsible-engineer assignments.

Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Professional or contact us for an Enterprise plan with custom well and team limits. Your existing wells, monitoring history, and reports remain available after upgrading.

All reports are stored securely and are only accessible to authenticated users. Signed URLs ensure report links cannot be accessed by unauthorised parties. Your well data is never exposed publicly.

No. WellSolveAble structures your diagnostic process and generates professional reports, but engineers remain responsible for all final technical decisions and recommendations.

We accept bank wire transfers. After registering, you will receive payment instructions with a unique reference code. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
